Axe Man

Hazy and Light IPA

Indeed – Mexican honey Lager
Humming with a citrus and floral fiesta for the senses, Mexican Honey Imperial Lager is brewed with Mexican orange blossom honey and Amarillo hops. Refreshing and dangerously smooth, this award-winning cerveza is all buzz, no bite.

Mango Blonde

Minnesota Gold Lager
We are Minnesota, Land of 10,000 lakes. If we’ve got anything up here, it’s water. And we like our water. But more than that… we like to see our water put to good use. That’s why our brewers made Minnesota Gold, to see real Minnesota water brewed into a classic, premium quality lager.

Nordeast
Amber in color and full of flavor, Nordeast was our first addition to the Grain Belt line of products here at Schell’s Brewery. A light maltiness and soft hop bitterness make this smooth lager extra crushable.

Nut Brown Ale
Brewed with well water (the original well at the Old Brewery, sunk in 1758, is still in use, with the hard well water being drawn from 85 feet underground); best barley malt, yeast and aromatic hops; fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ to create a relatively dry ale with rich nutty colour and palate of beech nuts, almonds and walnuts.
ABV: 5%
Oatmeal Cookie
The adventure begins with a slumber in select bourbon barrels, imparting notes of vanilla and oak to this brew. Real oats, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar, and pure vanilla extract are added to create a creamy experience reminiscent of a freshly baked cookie that completes the quest. Raise a glass to victory!

Official beer of the World Axe Throwing League
This beer is a lager brew crafted with select 2-row barley malt, and a unique combination of North West American hops, blended with a European noble variety. Fermented slowly and cellar aged cold for the smooth finish of a fine Pilsner.

Organic Chocolate Stout

Stilly
STILLY beverages are NOT seltzers, and they’re not your ordinary cocktails in a can; they’re an all-new category of unique adult beverages called a “stilly.” A “stilly” is a light and refreshing cocktail made with premium vodka or other distilled spirits, fine bubbles, a squeeze of natural juices, and natural flavors. The exact ingredients and processes used to make a “stilly” are a closely guarded secret, but consumers are proving to love the taste of this unique and naturally refreshing beverage.

Tales of Gold
Myths of treasure guarded by a dragon have fanned the flames of adventure throughout history. Only the bravest and boldest would seek these riches, for they knew the reward would merit their risk. Our brewers have heard these Tales of Gold and have sought to bring forth a bounty of flavor once trapped inside the walls of the Dragon’s Milk Cellar. This golden-hued ale is busting with notes of caramel, honey, and oak from a one-month stay in bourbon barrels. A light touch of sweetness is imparted through the addition of milk sugar, rounding out a truly legendary experience.

Join Saga the goddess with her Saga Hazy IPA. Explore the senses with notes of sourdough and bread crust and aromas of mango, grapefruit, tangerine and passion fruit.
