Arena Booking Policy
At The Dragon’s Lair Axe & Tap, our arena rental structure is designed to provide the best possible experience for our guests while ensuring fair use of our space and staffing. Please review our booking policies below before finalizing your reservation:
Arena Capacity & Booking Requirements
- Each arena accommodates up to 10 people per session.
- Groups of 11 or more will require additional arenas, as follows:
- 11–20 guests → 2 arenas
- 21–30 guests → 3 arenas
- 31–40 guests → 4 arenas
- 41–48 guests → 4 arenas (with a 2-hour minimum session requirement)
- Groups over 48 → Require special arrangements and may be subject to overflow pricing.
MARATHON LEAGUES (8 weeks in a day!)
Pricing will be TBD based on event and league size
Minimum Charge Policy for Reduced Group Size
- If a group books a reservation requiring additional arenas (i.e., any booking over 10 guests) but arrives with fewer people than needed to justify the additional arena(s), a minimum charge equivalent to 4 guests for the same session duration will be applied.
- This charge is in addition to the per-thrower charge incurred by the attending guests.
- The person making the reservation is solely responsible for this charge upon payment, regardless of the number of attendees.
- This charge is necessary because staff is scheduled and reserved based on the booking size, and last-minute reductions impact staffing and operational costs.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy helps us continue to provide a top-tier experience while ensuring fairness for all guests.
